Robin Thicke bares himself in his new video for “Get Her Back,” as in ex-wife Paula Patton. Here, the leering R&B crooner of “Blurred Lines” has disappeared completely. (“What a pleasure it is to degrade a woman,” he has said of that song – a joke, apparently.) His chest is bare, his eyes are teary. He trades the bestiality party of “Blurred Lines” for streaks of blood down his face and what looks to be an oversized, bloody and anatomical heart. House of Cards-style text bubbles pop up as if revealing why Patton left him and his attempts so far to get her back.
