GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be South Carolina residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Employees of the radio station WWXM Qantum of Myrtle Beach LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, contest sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any other Myrtle Beach area radio station and the immediate family members (i.e. spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or win.

Entry

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Qualified entrants may enter as often as they wish, unless specified otherwise.

2. Contestants may only win one prize per person and per household every 30 days unless specified otherwise. For contests that run beyond 30 days, contestants and households may only win one prize per contest. Contestants with major prizes may have additional restrictions. Winner(s) of prizes greater in value than $100 ("major prizes") cannot win another prize of that value or greater within 90 days. Additionally, winners of "major" prizes from other Qantum Communications' stations (WGTR, WQSD, WYNA and WLQB) cannot win a "major prize" within the same 90-day window.

3. WWXM and Qantum of Myrtle Beach LLC, are not responsible for any entries and/or telephone calls that are misdirected, lost, disconnected, not received or are illegible.

4. Entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined by Station Management to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in that contest. All entries become property of Qantum of Myrtle Beach LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. WWXM management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and the interpretation of contest rules. The decisions of WWXM shall be final. Entry into station contests constitutes agreement by contestant by these rules, as well as any other specific contest rules established by WWXM.

Prize(s)

1. All prizes awarded on-air must be picked up at the WWXM studios at 4841 Hwy 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Prizes will not be mailed.

2. Prizes will be released to winners only. Winners are required to present a valid state photo ID and social security number in order to pick up any prize. Additionally, ALL winners are required to sign a Winner's Release relieving WWXM, Qantum of Myrtle Beach LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and contest sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the receipt and/or use of the prize. Any person who refuses to sign the Release will forfeit the contest prize.

3. Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways. Prizes are NOT redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

4. Prizes that are not claimed within 30 days of being awarded, or in the case of a time sensitive prize, within its period of usability, shall be considered forfeited and will become property of WWXM. Such prize may be disposed of at the discretion of WWXM Management.

5. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize, as set forth in these rules and/or the specific contest rules issued by WWXM.

6. By participating in the contest, each contestant hereby consents to WWXM and Qantum of Myrtle Beach LLC using the contestant's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, his/her participation in the contest, and the substance of the contestant's telephone call for on-air broadcast and for advertising and promotional purposes. Contestant agrees that no additional compensation will be paid for such usage.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct and/or eligible entries received and depend on the particular type of contest being run. All tie breaking procedures will be set forth in the individual contest rules.

2. Complete rules are available at the WWXM studios at 4841 Hwy 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

3. WWXM contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and are void where prohibited. WWXM, Qantum of Myrtle Beach LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contest sponsors and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from (a) participation in the contest and/or (b) the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

4. WWXM reserves the right to change, alter or modify these rules at any time with or without written notice. These are general contest rules, and rules for individual contests may vary. To the extent that any individual contest rules differ from the rules set forth herein, the individual contest rules will govern and control.

5. WWXM reserves the right to end or stop any contest at any time for any reason. WWXM will be the final approving authority on any matter relating to any contest.

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Contest is open to people 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and family members of Qantum Communications ("Sponsor"), Ron Jon Surf Shop, and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How To Enter. Registration will begin at 4:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) on June 8, 2010 and end at 5:25 p.m. on June 8, 2010 at the WWXM tent in front of Ron Jon Surf Shop at Broadway at the Beach.

Maximum one (1) entry per person.

4. Winner Selection. At 5:30 p.m. on June 8th, one name will be drawn from all eligible entries received. The winner must be present to win, otherwise, another name will be drawn. Winner will be required to show ID to verify name and age.

5. Prizes and Odds. Prize: One (1) Winner will be the first customer in the store and have 97 seconds to grab as many items as they can put inside a beach bag (some exclusions apply). They can also choose one hardgood item. At the end of the 97 seconds, they can keep the hardgood and whatever merchandise the winner has in their beach bag. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners may be required to complete a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) on June 8th. Failure to timely sign or comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation.

7. Participation. By participating, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by Sponsor.

8. Contest Rules
a. Winner has 97 seconds to grab items in the store and place them in a beach bag. Whatever they can place in the beach bag, they can keep. Winner can also choose ONE hardgood item: surfboard, skateboard, skimboard or bodyboard. Please Note: Only items that are in the winner's beach bag and the one hardgood item chosen before the end of 97 seconds will be counted.

b. Only 1 hardgood item (surfboard or skimboard or skateboard or bodyboard) can be chosen in addition to the items in the beach bag. This item must be chosen within the 97 seconds timeframe.

c. If no hardgood is chosen before time expires, the winner will only get the beach bag and items contained inside.

d. Winner must return to the cash register by the 97 second mark.

e. Ron Jon Surf Shop will provide the beach bag the customer will be using for the contest, and the customer will keep the beach bag and the merchandise contained inside it.

f. NO ADDITIONAL BAGS, BACKPACKS OR PURSES ALLOWED. During the contest, the winner must leave these items outside the store or with the Ron Jon promotions person working the event.

g. Limit 1 Wetsuit.

h. Sunglasses (in display cases) and Watches (in display cases) are excluded.

i. Cannot grab an entire rack of clothing.

j. Winner can exchange clothing sizes at end of contest, if needed.

k. Only items that are for sale on the sales floor can be taken. No fixtures, displays, etc. can be taken, and winner is not allowed in areas outside the sales floor. (The stock room, fitting rooms, etc. are off limits.)

l. Winner will meet with Ron Jon staff after the 97 seconds to review and account for merchandise.
